Will ParkEngage Touchless Parking work with my existing gate system?

Yes, the ParkEngage Touchless Parking service will integrate with any existing parking facility gate system.

Is any new equipment required to enable the ParkEngage Touchless Parking service in my facility?

No. ParkEngage Touchless Parking is a web-based and mobile-based service that can easily be integrated with your existing parking equipment and deployed at your facilities.

Is an app required for the end user to use the touchless parking?

No. If your facility does not already have a mobile app, customers will simply use their smartphone camera to scan a QR code located on the entry lane kiosk.

My company already has a website and an app. Will the touchless parking work with that?

Yes. ParkEngage Touchless Parking can integrate with your existing website and mobile app. Customers will be able to scan their personalized QR code from the app at the entry lane kiosk, enabling them to enter the facility.
