Touchless Parking for Your Valet Operation

When a customer arrives at your valet facility, they simply use their mobile phone to scan a QR Code at the check-in station. The system will send an e-ticket to the customer, as well as a copy to the valet staff. The customer then leaves their vehicle with the valet to park. After the valet inspects the vehicle, they can attach the damage report to the customer’s e-ticket for reference later if needed.

When the customer is ready to leave their destination, they open their e-ticket to notify the valet of their ETA, and initiate payment. Once returning to the parking facility, they scan the QR code which notifies the valet of their arrival. Once the valet confirms that their e-ticket is paid, they will deliver the vehicle to the customer. The customer can leave a tip for the valet; and the system will maintain the customer’s payment history for their records.
