Touchless Parking for Your Valet Operation

Are you interested in implementing touchless parking solutions in your parking facility, but not sure how it will work in your valet operation? Touchless parking is actually a fantastic complement for any self-park or valet parking facility, and can help to significantly improve the parking experience for customers of both.

Touchless parking solutions allow your valet parking facility to quickly deploy touchless parking capabilities, creating a more efficient and convenient experience. Customers can enter, pay, and exit your facility safely and securely, eliminating time spent waiting in lines and reducing interactions with attendants.

When a customer arrives at your valet facility, they simply use their mobile phone to scan a QR Code at the check-in station. The system will send an e-ticket to the customer, as well as a copy to the valet staff. The customer then leaves their vehicle with the valet to park. After the valet inspects the vehicle, they can attach the damage report to the customer’s e-ticket for reference later if needed.

When the customer is ready to leave their destination, they open their e-ticket to notify the valet of their ETA, and initiate payment. Once returning to the parking facility, they scan the QR code which notifies the valet of their arrival. Once the valet confirms that their e-ticket is paid, they will deliver the vehicle to the customer. The customer can leave a tip for the valet; and the system will maintain the customer’s payment history for their records. ParkEngage can easily customize a solution to integrate with your valet parking facility, as well as the technologies you already have in place.
